- Application refers to Learn AI, the software program provided by the Company and downloaded by You on any electronic device.
- Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Google Inc. (Google Play Store) from which the Application has been downloaded.
- Company referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Privacy Policy, refers to NordicDevs.
- Country refers to: Finland.
- Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a cellphone, tablet, or computer.
- Personal Data means any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service refers to the Application.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes data on behalf of the Company. This may include third-party companies or individuals used to facilitate the Service, provide the Service, perform services related to the Service, process subscriptions, or assist Us in analyzing how the Service is used.
- Third-Party AI Service refers to external artificial intelligence platforms used by the Application to provide AI-powered features, including OpenAI, L.L.C. and Replicate, Inc.
- Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service.
